Bob Cooper has sued and won against the Internal Revenue Service on more than one occasion.  He has tried some of the most complicated issues in the Bankruptcy Court in the state of South Carolina, and he has tried cases in the appellate courts as well.  He has served on committees as requested by judges and others, and he has made new law fighting for the rights of his clients against large corporations
